◌ Aroma

The nose leads with aggressive pine and resin from the American hop bill, cutting sharp and clean. Beneath that assertive top note lie subtle hints of citrus and stone fruit that emerge on closer inspection. A light breadiness from the malt base sits underneath, grounding the hoppy intensity without competing.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a strong, resinous bitterness that commands attention, then reveals the chewy malt body working to soften the aggression. Mid-palate shows juicy hop character with subtle citrus and fruit notes, while the backbone of toasted grain keeps the beer balanced and drinkable. The alcohol warmth (8% ABV) surfaces gently on the swallow, adding texture without harshness.
