🌍 United States · Rice Lager · One of 9 Rice Lagers in hopIQ

Nado was introduced at the start of 2023 as a Japanese-inspired lager and has been part of the core range since. Jasmine rice in the grist and a small addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops keep the body light and the palate very dry. The aroma opens with the soft, slightly sweet note of freshly cooked sticky rice, while the finish brings a subtle hop impression of yuzu and citrus peel. Bitterness is gentle, carbonation brisk, and the finish crisp and clean.

Beneath this primary character, subtle herbal and floral notes emerge from the Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, with a delicate whisper of citrus peel. The overall impression is clean and restrained, allowing the rice adjunct to define the aromatic identity.
