◎ Appearance

Aloha Warrior presents a bright pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation. The head forms with moderate density and exhibits good retention, leaving a delicate trail of lacing down the glass as it settles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced resinous and piney notes from the Simcoe and Chinook hops, layered with bright grapefruit peel character. Beneath the hop-forward aromatics lies a dank, earthy undertone that grounds the profile, while the pale malt base remains deliberately subdued in the background.

◐ Taste

The palate opens clean and dry, allowing the hop character to dominate from entry through mid-palate with continued resin and citrus notes. Assertive bitterness builds steadily, driven by Columbus Cryo and the other noble varieties, while the malt foundation remains restrained and provides minimal sweetness or body to offset the aggressive IBU profile.

◑ Finish

The finish is notably clean and dry with a lingering resinous aftertaste that extends the bitterness well into the fadeout. No sweetness or residual warmth remains; the beer concludes as it begins—focused entirely on hop character and assertive noble bitterness.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
