◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus — grapefruit zest and lemon — layered over stone fruit notes of peach and apricot. Pine and herbal undertones from noble hops arrive clean and vivid, with a subtle floral quality that does not dominate. No alcohol warmth or solvent character intrudes on the hop expression.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and juicy, with citrus and tropical fruit flavors unfolding across the mid-palate without sweetness or weight. Moderate bitterness arrives measured and integrated, balancing the hop-forward character without harshness. The body remains lean and dry, allowing flavors to remain vivid and sharp.

The finish is clean and snappy, with lingering citrus and a drying hop bitterness that fades to a subtle herbal note. No boozy warmth or sticky sweetness; the aftertaste remains refreshing and inviting of the next sip.
