Over Time
Over Time is a gluten-free New Zealand cask pale that presents hops from the 2026 harvest: Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Wai-iti. Light additions of spelt and caramalt add a subtle warmth in the background, while tropical notes, pops of zest and a juicy richness sit up front. Lime, stone fruit and gooseberry are the notes it is built around. At 4.0% it is an easy-drinking pale, and it is vegan.

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
