The nose leads with bright citrus notes—grapefruit and orange zest—layered over a soft, rounded malt sweetness typical of lactose-adjunct IPAs. Noble hop character emerges with floral and herbal nuances, while a subtle dairy creaminess sits underneath, adding richness without overpowering the hop expression.

Entry is smooth and moderately full-bodied, with the lactose lending a silky mouthfeel that frames the hop bitterness comfortably. Citrus and stone fruit flavors dominate the mid-palate, balanced by restrained bitterness at 30 IBU that adds definition without harshness.
