The nose opens with clean grainy notes that establish the malt foundation. Floral Edelpilz character emerges next, layered with fresh citrus—specifically lemon—that adds brightness and crispness. A subtle herbaceous undertone rounds out the bouquet, inviting further exploration.

Entry is crisp and clean, with lemon and herb flavors from noble hops taking center stage over a barely perceptible malt sweetness. The mid-palate remains light and lively, avoiding any heaviness while a moderate bitterness builds steadily. This drying bitterness carries through to balance the minimal residual sweetness.
