Hopadillo Texas IPA
A dry-hopped Texas IPA with bite, balance and a heart of bitterness, finishing toasty. Helios, Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo and Comet ride over pale two-row with medium and dark crystal malt, at 6.6 % and 65 IBU. It is the brew that started Karbach's Hopadillo family, named for a creature of Texas lore said to have been born on a full-moon night. Thai red curry is the suggested company.
