◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright citrus character, with prominent lemon zest and grapefruit rind notes leading the profile. American hops—Chinook and Citra—deliver layered aromatics that layer crisp herbal and resinous undertones beneath the citrus. A subtle backdrop of pale and wheat malt provides soft, bready support without overwhelming the hop-forward presentation.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with direct citrus bitterness that builds through the mid-palate, supported by a fuller body that prevents the beer from feeling thin or austere. Wheat malt contributes a soft, slightly silky mouthfeel and a faint grain sweetness that balances the assertive hop bite without cloying. The finish is clean and crisp, with lingering citrus and herbal bitterness that resolves with a dry mineral quality.

◑ Finish

Bitterness persists into the aftertaste with continued citrus and herbal notes, gradually fading to a dry, mineral conclusion. The medium sparkle and clean fermentation character ensure the finish feels refreshing rather than harsh.

Serve at 8–11°C

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
