🌍 Germany · Helles Lager · One of 239 Helles Lagers in hopIQ

Hütt Helles is a golden Vollbier in the Munich manner, which the brewery describes as mild and malt-aromatic, rounded off by a pleasant hop note. Expect soft bready and cereal malt up front, a medium body and a faintly grassy, aromatic hop character that leaves a moderately bitter, slightly firmer finish than many Bavarian Helles. Brewed to 4.8 % ABV, it is poured on draught in Kassel pubs and sold in bottles across the region. Since late 2025 it has been brewed at Rheder in Brakel.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a soft malt sweetness and bready character, then transitions to a medium body with gentle hop bitterness. The finish is moderately firm for a Munich Helles, with a persistent herbal-grassy hop note that prevents the beer from becoming too sweet or flat.
