Huda Gold

Tap to rate

Launched in 2013 as the premium sub-brand of Huda, Huda Gold is brewed with selected Pilsen malt and noble spicy hops. Hints of pomelo, known as Thanh Tra in Central Vietnam, meet a crisp, light malty taste. The lager weighs in at 4.7% ABV and comes in bottles and cans. The name builds on Huda, which joins Hue and Danmach, the Vietnamese word for Denmark.

About Lager

Style guide · what to expect · how to find alternatives

What is a Lager?

Euro Pale Lagers are clean, refreshing lagers with 4–5.5% ABV and IBU 10–25. Soft malt sweetness, light hop bitterness and high carbonation make them supremely drinkable.

Finding a similar Lager

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same noble-hop, crisp, spicy-hop character as Huda Gold will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
