🌍 Germany · Kölsch · One of 31 Kölschs in hopIQ

Hellers is Cologne's organic Kölsch — brewed "Bio op Kölsch" from the Kwartier Latäng brewhouse since 1996 and one of the earliest Kölner Brauereien to go certified organic. To the Kölsch style's crisp top-fermented profile it adds the bright, slightly grassy signature of organic malt. A neighbourhood ale with a green politics streak.
