Since in-house brewing ended in 2024 it has been made to a new recipe under the Kölsch Konvention from water, barley malt and hop extract, replacing the organic recipe of the former in-house brewery. It pours clear straw-gold under a fine-pored white head. The nose is light, with grainy malt and a faint herbal touch. The palate is mild and lightly fruity with a soft malt sweetness over a slim body, and a fresh, slightly tart finish closes on a restrained, fine bitterness.
