The Ridge
The Ridge takes its name from the Mid-Atlantic Ridge and combines brewing ingredients from both sides of the ocean: English East Kent Goldings and Fuggles for bitterness, American Amarillo and Apollo for aroma, on a base of lager malt and wheat malt. The brewery describes an intensely hopped yet refined pale ale. Grassy hop aromas and resinous pine stand over a mild malty background, and the finish is clean, spicy and dry.

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
