◎ Appearance

Hazy golden-yellow with a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with visible lacing. The cloudiness derives from yeast and hop solids in suspension, creating an opaque, juice-like visual character typical of the NEIPA style. Carbonation is moderate and even, supporting steady bubbles and a soft, creamy foam structure.

◌ Aroma

Intensely fruity and tropical on the nose, with prominent stone fruit and citrus notes that jump from the glass. Edible hop character dominates—expect orange zest, mango, and passionfruit layered with a clean, bright herbal edge. Underlying soft Malz support provides mild bread and grain sweetness without dominating the aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and juicy, with immediate fruit-forward character and a balanced interplay of tropical flavors and restrained Malz sweetness. Mid-palate develops gentle bitterness (60 IBU) that frames rather than overwhelms the fruity core, maintaining approachability. Finish is dry and crisp, with lingering citrus and hop bitterness that remains refreshing rather than harsh.

Short to medium in length, fading cleanly into a dry, bitter-citrus aftertaste. The beer does not linger heavily; instead it leaves a refreshing impression of orange peel and herbal hop dryness on the palate.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
