Lachesis

Tap to rate

A collaboration with Allagash, this foeder fermented black farmhouse ale pairs a leathery, earthy character with burnt malt notes. It is brewed with Maine-grown pale malts, oats, wheat and a touch of black malt, fermented with the house blend of S. diastaticus and Brettanomyces cultures, then dry hopped on loads of Hallertau Blanc, Citra and Mosaic just before bottle refermentation. 4.0% ABV, 21 IBU, 22 SRM.
