◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by fresh pine and evergreen notes, courtesy of the hand-harvested Oregon Grand Fir tips that give this beer its distinctive character. Chinook and Simcoe hops layer in resinous depth and subtle herbal spice, with gentle citrus and floral undertones that prevent the profile from becoming one-dimensional. The overall impression is woody and forest-forward, with an inviting brightness.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with the pronounced pine and resin character promised by the aroma, supported by a clean malt backbone that provides balance without asserting sweetness. Mid-palate brings moderate bitterness—around 60 IBU—that feels integral rather than aggressive, with lingering herbal and earthy qualities. A subtle tropical note emerges beneath the dominant conifer profile, while citrus adds brightness that cuts through the resinous body.

Serve at 8–11°C

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
