Ocre Premium Tostada

Spain·Dark Lager
Tap to rate

Toasted malt, soft coffee and cacao and a hint of freshly baked bread, with a gentle malt sweetness and a light touch of hops, then a fine bitterness from noble German hops and a clean finish. Dark but not heavy. Ocre is named for the ochre of Mallorca's soil, stone and old façades, and the recipe sparked from advice by the brewery's malt specialists in Germany, who pointed Sven towards a unique malt combination for a dark lager.
