Rosenheimer Märzen follows the old practice of brewing in March and serving through to autumn, though today it is available all year. The brewery links it to the Rosenheim Herbstfest, where Flötzinger runs its own festival tent. It shows a full malt flavour of bread crust and light caramel, a rich body and a creamy head, with a mild, lightly herbal hop from Hallertau and Tettnang varieties and a soft, rounded finish.
