◎ Appearance

Pale golden color with excellent clarity and bright, luminous depth. A dense white head forms on the pour and clings well to the glass walls, leaving fine Schaumhaftung as the beer recedes. Lively carbonation is evident throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with citrus and tropical fruit character — bright orange zest, grapefruit, and stone fruit notes dominate. Beneath these sit subtle herbal and floral undertones from the noble hops, with only light Malz foundation providing balance. Clean fermentation allows the hop aromatics to shine without obstruction.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and light, with citrus and orange flavors taking the lead across a lean palate. Mid-palate builds gentle bitterness and subtle fruity sweetness without heaviness or cloying character. The 40 IBU integration is measured — present enough to define the beer, restrained enough to preserve sessionability.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and decidedly dry, with lingering citrus pith and a whisper of herbal hop character. The aftertaste fades smoothly without astringency or residual sweetness, inviting another sip.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
