Full Irish
Full Irish began as a one-off festival beer in 2014 and stayed in the range by popular demand. It is a single malt IPA: the grist is 100% Irish pale malt from barley grown in Ireland and malted in Cork, hopped with Simcoe, Cascade, Citra and Amarillo. Pale gold with a white head, it smells of grapefruit with hints of lime, melon and lychee plus floral notes. The palate is hoppy and fruity over a biscuity body, ending in a rounded bitterness and a lingering sweetness.

AI-generated sensory profile for Full Irish
Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.
The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same hoppy, citrusy, fruity character as Full Irish will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
