Drop Dead Blonde has been on tap since the summer of 2011 and in bottles and cans since 2012. It is a golden blonde ale of modest strength with very low bitterness. Soft grain and a light, bready malt character lead the aroma, joined by a delicate note of honey. The palate is smooth and gentle, with a trace of sweetness from the pale malt, and the finish is short, clean and refreshing, leaving little behind.
