◎ Appearance

Stellar Jay pours a hazy golden-amber with excellent turbidity that showcases the beer's intentional cloudiness. A thick, creamy white head forms and persists nicely, while the generous carbonation creates a soft, pillowy texture that defines the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright tropical fruit esters—ripe mango and pineapple lead, with supporting notes of citrus zest from the Citra and Mosaic hops. A subtle grainy malt sweetness provides balance without any sharp hop bite in the aroma.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and juicy with immediately apparent tropical and citrus notes that coat the mouth pleasantly. The mid-palate maintains a smooth, medium body with continued stone fruit and citrus character, while the low 35 IBU bitterness keeps the beer refreshing and approachable rather than aggressive.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and crisp with lingering citrus notes that fade gracefully. No harsh bitterness or astringency—just a pleasant, dry conclusion that invites another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
