Fresh lemon juice and zest dominate the nose, supported by bright citrus notes from Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. A subtle tropical character emerges beneath—faint stone fruit and passionfruit—while the mixed fermentation adds a restrained funky undertone without assertive wild yeast aromatics.

Tart lemon acidity arrives immediately and carries through the mid-palate with crisp intensity. Behind this tartness sits a lingering sweetness reminiscent of lemon sherbet, balanced by the hop-derived citrus from Nelson Sauvin. The low IBU (10) keeps bitterness nearly absent, allowing the interplay of acid and fruit to take full focus.
