The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes—lemon zest and orange peel dominate, supported by subtle stone fruit character. A gentle tartness emerges beneath, with clean fermentation character and only the faintest herbaceous hop undertone. The overall impression is fresh and approachable, without aggressive sourness.

Entry is crisp and zesty, with immediate citrus fruit flavor balanced by moderate acidity. Mid-palate reveals a subtle sweetness—suggesting natural fruit juice rather than added sugar—that tempers the tart structure. Bitterness remains restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the fruit and sour notes to take center stage without astringency.
