Lemon Peak presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a delicate, fine carbonation. A thin white head forms quickly but dissipates within moments, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. The light body and low color intensity (5 SRM) create a bright, inviting visual presentation.

The nose leads with vibrant lemon citrus, immediately fresh and zesty without any astringency. Beneath the citrus sits a soft vanilla sweetness that grounds the brightness, while a subtle funky undertone suggests light lacto-fermentation. The overall aromatic profile is clean and approachable, with no harsh fermentation notes.

The palate opens with crisp tartness and lemon-forward citrus, immediately refreshing and well-integrated. Vanilla and lactose provide a creamy midpalate that softens the acidity without obscuring it, creating balance rather than sweetness.
