Ch'Ti Grand Cru

◎ Appearance

Brilliant golden hue with excellent clarity and a luminous quality in the glass. A dense, cream-coloured head forms readily and clings persistently to the walls, leaving fine lacework as the beer is consumed. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a continuous stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe stone fruit and citrus esters characteristic of Belgian yeast, complemented by delicate floral and herbal notes from noble hop varieties. A gentle warmth of alcohol emerges beneath, while soft honey and a subtle spicy character round out the aromatic profile without dominating.

◐ Taste

The palate is full and rounded, with a smooth malt foundation that carries notes of honey and subtle spice through the mid-palate. Restrained bitterness from Edelhopfen remains balanced and refined, allowing the fruity yeast character to shine without harshness. The alcohol warmth is well-integrated, adding richness without obvious heat.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and elegant, with the alcohol warmth lingering gently and fading into a clean, slightly mineral aftertaste. Residual fruitiness echoes softly, leaving the palate refreshed rather than fatigued.

Warmer than most — 12–14°C. The fruity esters, spice and warming alcohol need room to breathe.

The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
