Cashmere Single Hop

Tap to rate

A session IPA hopped with Cashmere alone, released in 2022 with a street-art label by a Bangkok artist. It was the first beer for which the team bought its hops directly from a farm in the United States, fresh from the harvest. Intense tropical fruit, melon and citrus lead the aroma, rounded off by a gentle coconut note and a hint of spice. At low strength it stays light and quenching, with a smooth, restrained bitterness.

How to get the most out of Cashmere Single Hop

Serve at 7–10°C
Refrigerate, then rest 2 min

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass
Recommended for this style

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
