◐ Taste

Sour cherry juice provides sharp, refreshing acidity on entry, immediately grounded by rich oak tannins and a smooth malty foundation. Mid-palate reveals caramel complexity balanced against persistent tartness, while the 9.5% ABV manifests as a warming, boozy undertone that lengthens the experience without overwhelming.
