Rieder Helle Weisse
Evenly hazed with yeast, refreshing and fruity-banana, slim on the first sip, with a short, lovely finish rounded off by sweetish, fruity banana aromas. Brewed in the old Bavarian manner, unfiltered and left natural with fine yeast, and filled into the swing-top bottle that returned to the brewery in 2003. It has won DLG Gold many times between 2007 and 2019.

Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.
Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
