Silberpfeil
Lively hop notes of grapefruit, star fruit, cinchona bark and pine resin dominate a solid malt base; herbs join in the aroma, and grapefruit meets a noticeable bitterness. Cascade leads the hopping, joined by the less pushy Ahtanum and Mandarin Bavaria. It took long tinkering and plenty of trials to get there, and it is fermented with a top-fermenting pale ale yeast.

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
