Raschhofer Schnitt

Tap to rate

Amber in colour and decidedly spicy: the extra caramel malt gives this beer its colour and its spiciness. Added to that are a very slightly roasty touch, a little plum and a good hop aroma. Like all Raschhofer beers it is brewed in the direct-fired copper kettle, fermented openly and lagered for weeks in horizontal tanks.
