Dream Shake presents a bright golden hue with a distinctly hazy, opaque character that catches the light with gentle refraction. A white, substantial head forms on the pour and persists throughout the glass, leaving fine lacing on the walls as the level drops.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit notes—coconut and fresh pineapple dominate, supported by bright grapefruit and a subtle resinous undertone from noble hops. Additional layers of stone fruit and citrus pith emerge as the beer warms, creating a complex and inviting aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with sweet coconut and pineapple notes that take center stage, while the grapefruit character becomes more pronounced as the beer warms toward body temperature. The inclusion of oats in the grist imparts a lightly silky, rounded mouthfeel that balances the moderate bitterness at 30 IBU.
