Hazy Brummie
Hazy Brummie is a hazy pale ale at 4.5%, brewed with deliberately low bitterness. Dry hopping with Strata, Idaho 7 and Cashmere puts tropical fruit in front: mango, papaya, lychee and pineapple. With the bitterness held back, the fruit carries the beer from aroma to finish. It is poured mostly on keg and sold in cans, and the brewery has also made a stronger double version of it. At the regional SIBA awards for the Midlands & West it took bronze in both 2025 and 2026.
