A pale golden hue with a slight turbidity that sits pleasantly between clarity and opacity, characteristic of the hazy pale ale style. The head forms readily and clings to the glass with persistent lacework, while fine carbonation provides a lively visual texture. The haziness derives from the brewing method and yeast suspension, lending the beer a soft, approachable appearance.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit from the dry hop blend of Strata, Idaho 7 and Cashmere: distinct notes of mango, papaya, lychee and pineapple jump from the glass. Behind the fruit sit soft, bready undertones from the pale malt base, with no aggressive hop bite to cloud the aromatic profile. The overall character is inviting and fruit-forward, with clean fermentation in the background.

Entry is smooth and refreshing, with the tropical fruit character from the aroma translating directly onto the palate. The malt provides a light, slightly sweet backbone without heaviness, while the deliberately restrained bitterness at 40 IBU allows the hop-derived fruit to remain in the foreground throughout the mid-palate. Finish is dry and crisp, with the fruit gradually fading rather than abruptly cutting off.
