◎ Appearance

Bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation. A dense, off-white head builds with vigor and clings to the glass with good adhesion, leaving distinct lacing down the side.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit—ripe peach and mango—accented by honeydew melon and a soft honeyed sweetness. Dolcita hops deliver a subtle coconut note that integrates seamlessly with the Vienna malt's bready warmth, creating an approachable and inviting bouquet.

◐ Taste

Entry is medium-bodied and slightly sweet, with peach and mango dominating the mid-palate. Moderate bitterness (60 IBU) arrives cleanly without harshness, balancing the fruit-forward character. The finish transitions from fruity to gently dry with lingering hop spice.

◑ Finish

Medium finish with the peach and tropical notes fading into a crisp, dry aftertaste. Residual honey adds subtle warmth without cloying.
