Ray of Hop
The brewery's West Coast IPA, introduced as its new one: fruity, exceptionally bitter and, in the brewery's words, very pleasant. The hop bill is generous – Columbus, Mosaic, Citra and Cascade, plus Mosaic and Simcoe in cryo form – set over pilsner, pale ale and caramel malts. In the brewery's own description the fruit comes first and the bitterness follows.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.
The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
