Beers similar to Hurricane Katrina
A Catharina sour in which pineapple and mango dominate and a splash of lime juice finishes the taste. The brewery builds it on acidulated, wheat and pilsner malts and uses a single hop, Žatec semi-early red. The brewery's shop lists it as a Catharina Sour and files it in the main beer range under the title Sour Catrina.
