◐ Taste

The palate opens with a balanced entry—the amber malt provides a soft foundation of biscuit and light caramel character. The mid-palate shows the Cascade hops asserting themselves with resinous and herbal tones, building toward a pronounced bittering impression that defines the finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is notably long and dry, with the hop bitterness persisting cleanly on the palate. No cloying sweetness remains; instead, a lingering herbal and slightly astringent character keeps the aftertaste crisp and refreshing.

Serve at 7–10°C

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.

Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
