◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by the Cascade hop character, offering floral and citrus notes that sit atop a delicate malt base. The amber malt contributes subtle warmth and depth without overwhelming the hop-forward profile. The overall impression is clean and herbaceous, with a touch of dried fruit complexity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a balanced entry—the amber malt provides a soft foundation of biscuit and light caramel character. The mid-palate shows the Cascade hops asserting themselves with resinous and herbal tones, building toward a pronounced bittering impression that defines the finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish is notably long and dry, with the hop bitterness persisting cleanly on the palate. No cloying sweetness remains; instead, a lingering herbal and slightly astringent character keeps the aftertaste crisp and refreshing.

Serviertemperatur 7–10°C
