Beers similar to Salz und Säure

Smithers Brewing Company

Gose·Canada·4.4% ABV·One of 53 Goses in hopIQ·

hopIQ found 10 beers that share Salz und Säure's salty and sour character. The house take on a traditional gose, lightly kettle soured and brewed with coriander and salt. It pours hazy pale blonde under a small white head. Salt sits plainly on the finish, carried by a firm lactic tartness and a lemon note that shades into citrus peel, with the coriander behind it as a faint spice. Carbonation is lively, the body slim, and the close dry and quenching rather than sweet.
