hopIQ found 10 beers that share Fugu's dry and spicy character. Fugu is the Haring's saison with yuzu: a dry, complex beer where the spicy yeast character of the house saison blend meets a hint of smoked malts and the bitter, lemon-like flavours of the yuzu fruit. HBC 682 and Spalter Select hops, malted oats, pilsner, rye and smoked malt build the 6.5 % ABV recipe.
