The nose recalls French cider and apple must, the first taste grated Boskoop apples – sweet at first, then gently sour. The second sip adds orange and citrus, melon, cucumber, dill and mustard seeds. Once poured all over Berlin, the old recipe was revived: no syrup, no hops, lactic cultures. 3.5% ABV.
