Three hop types, for bitterness, aroma and fine aroma, go in at three separate points, and maturation runs about a quarter longer than the brewery's standard. Malt, rice and starch make up the grist, without corn. The result is a full golden lager with a softly spicy, faintly fruity hop nose, bready depth, balanced bitterness and a long, rounded aftertaste.
