The nose is delicate and refined, leading with subtle wheat grain and soft yeast notes. Light fruity esters suggest banana and gentle citrus undertones, while the aroma remains clean and crisp with minimal hop presence. The overall profile is restrained and elegant, allowing the wheat malt character to shine through.

The palate opens with a bright, refreshing tartness that defines the Berliner Weisse character, followed by delicate wheat malt sweetness and subtle banana notes.
