Deep brown color with mahogany highlights, clear and bright beneath the surface. A dense, tan head forms and clings persistently to the glass walls, leaving fine lacing between sips. Moderate carbonation creates a steady stream of small bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with roasted malt and dark chocolate, followed by espresso and toasted grain notes. Subtle caramel sweetness and a hint of hazelnut emerge in the mid-range. Restrained spice and earthy undertones suggest careful yeast character without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

Full-bodied and warming, with roasted malt as the foundation. Dark chocolate and coffee flavors develop across the mid-palate, joined by caramel sweetness and a gentle toasted character. Moderate bitterness emerges mid-sip and builds steadily, creating a bittersweet balance that avoids harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering coffee and cocoa notes. Mild nutty dryness persists on the palate without becoming astringent.
