Lady Blanche presents a pale straw-gold color with excellent clarity and a bright, clean appearance. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is lively and visible, creating a continuously refreshing visual impression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with wheat grain and soft malted notes, followed by a distinctive citrus edge from bitter orange peel. Coriander spice weaves through the aroma with delicate herbal hints, creating a profile that is aromatic without overwhelming. The yeast character remains subtle, allowing the adjunct botanicals to shine.

◐ Geschmack

The palate leads with wheat sweetness balanced by a gentle, warming spice from coriander and hints of orange zest. Bitterness is restrained at 15 IBU, providing structure without harshness. The mouthfeel is light and crisp, with a dry quality that invites another sip.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering notes of orange peel and a subtle peppery warmth from the spicing. The aftertaste remains refreshing and mineral-like, without astringency.
