◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright American citrus—grapefruit zest and orange pith from the Citra—layered beneath with the sharper lime and herbal bite characteristic of Riwaka and Motueka. Subtle cereal notes from oats and wheat provide a soft, clean malt foundation without sweetness or oxidation. Overall fresh and inviting, with no harsh alcohol presence despite the 6.8% ABV.

The palate enters soft and smooth, with the oat and wheat malt lending a silky mouthfeel and mild sweetness. Citrus and lime flavors develop across the mid-palate, joined by a herbaceous, almost piney character that builds gradually. Bitterness is moderate and integrated, never sharp or astringent, allowing the hop complexity to shine without overwhelming. The finish is crisp and drying, with tropical and fruity notes lingering beneath the herbal spine.
