Blanche presents a hazy, pale straw-gold colour that catches the light with an inviting translucence. A pillowy white head forms at the pour and lingers persistently, leaving delicate lacing as the beer is consumed. The lively carbonation manifests as fine, sustained bubbles throughout the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose is zesty and aromatic, opening with bright citrus peel that recalls lemon and orange rind. Distinctive coriander spice mingles with delicate floral notes—a hallmark of the witbier tradition—creating an inviting and complex bouquet. The wheat base adds a soft, slightly creamy undertone without dominating the composition.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light-bodied and refreshing, with a soft, creamy wheat character that rounds the palate pleasantly. Mid-palate reveals subtle white pepper spice and continued citrus notes, while low bitterness (15 IBU) keeps the beer approachable and thirst-quenching. The carbonation enhances the overall liveliness without sharpness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and gently dry, allowing a lingering hint of orange zest and white pepper to fade gradually. No astringency or harshness intrudes; the aftertaste remains refreshing and inviting.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.
