◎ Aussehen

Zagori White presents a luminous hazy golden hue characteristic of authentic Belgian witbiers, with excellent turbidity from suspended wheat proteins and yeast. The dense white head forms readily and maintains excellent retention, while the carbonation appears bright and lively in the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent orange peel and citrus zest aromatics, immediately evoking the beer's Belgian spice additions. Coriander and subtle clove notes emerge underneath, supported by soft wheat bread notes that provide a gentle malty foundation without overshadowing the aromatic spices.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is dominated by soft wheat bread character with integrated citrus-spiced complexity from coriander and orange peel. A creamy, smooth mouthfeel belies the light body, while the minimal bitterness (12 IBU) allows the subtle sweetness and spice to dance across the mid-palate before building toward a clean, dry conclusion.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and dry with excellent cleanliness, allowing the orange and coriander notes to linger briefly without becoming astringent. A pleasant, subtle sweetness fades gracefully, leaving only refreshing citrus zest on the palate.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.

Das hohe, schlanke Weizenglas fasst die volle 50cl-Portion und zeigt die trüb-goldene Farbe. Das breite Mundstück lässt Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen frei aufsteigen.
