◎ Aussehen

A pale golden hue, bright and transparent with excellent clarity. The head forms with moderate density and maintains a fine, persistent collar with good lacing down the glass. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated, consistent with the session ale format.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent passion fruit and citrus notes, driven by the Cascade, Galaxy, Topaz and Vic Secret hop blend. A fuller malt character emerges beneath, suggesting caramalt sweetness balanced by the herbal and resinous qualities of the hop selection. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, with no sharp alcohol notes despite the moderate alcohol level.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with crisp tropical and citrus flavors that complement a solid malt foundation of pale and Dexter malt. Mid-palate brings moderate bitterness and hoppy character without overwhelming the refreshing quality; the 15 IBU sits comfortably balanced. The body remains light yet sufficiently structured, avoiding any thinness that might undermine the flavor complexity.

The finish is dry and light, with citrus and hop notes fading gracefully into a lingering, balanced bitterness. No harsh astringency or alcohol heat; the aftertaste remains crisp and leaves the palate ready for the next sip.
